Hello to the graduating class of 2021!
On behalf of this year's editorial board, I would like to thank you for showing interest in subscribing to Agham 2020-2021.
Graduation is one of life's important milestones. We, in Agham, recognize the importance of such a momentous event in our lives, more so, in our current situation where there is a slim chance of a physical graduation to mark this occasion. So, to help us make this moment memorable, we have partnered with Zone 5 Photo Studios, Inc. in bringing you the Agham 2021 primer.
This primer contains all information about the graduation photo packages and yearbook. For any queries, feel free to contact your respective institute communications officers or send us a message through the AGHAM Facebook page.

1. Who can avail of AGHAM 2021 services (photoshoot and yearbook)?
1. Who can avail of AGHAM 2021 services (photoshoot and yearbook)?
Any student of the University of the Philippines Diliman may avail of the photoshoot services of AGHAM 2021. However, only College of Science students may avail of the yearbook. Graduating Master’s students may also avail of the grad picture services of Agham.

All subscribers will be given a FREE pdf copy of the yearbook.

You can still edit your package and other information in the form until the closing of the subscription period. After this time, no more changes would be allowed.

Once we receive your confirmation slip, the subscription is already considered non-cancellable.
5. What are the things I’m allowed/not allowed to bring on my photoshoot for my creative shot?

The studio will provide a full wardrobe (toga gown, Sablay, formal wear, Filipiniana & Barong, creative costumes, etc.) but you may bring any item to your photoshoot as long as it is not illegal, and as long as it will not harm any other person. Items that may harm other people are guns, knives, deadly objects, etc.

Students will directly pay the studio (100%) on their scheduled shoot date. Both cash and cashless transactions will be available. Proof of payment must be present for cashless transactions.
7. How can I claim my photos and/or yearbook?
You may either personally pick up your items, or have them delivered to you via courier, with payment and booking care of the subscriber. Note that pick-up is preferred to ensure the quality of the items. Zone 5 will not be held liable for any damages incurred in transit. The yearbook will be released online.

AGHAM 2021 is working with Zone 5 Studios, Inc. to provide you with graduation photo packages and the yearbook of Class 2021. We would be using a cloud storage and distribution system for your data, including your photos and other relevant information for a more effective and convenient way of subscribing to Agham 2021.
Make sure to use a working email. We recommend using either your personal gmail or UP Mail accounts (@up.edu.ph). Digital copies of your photos (depending on the package availed) would be sent to that email.
